Dutch Pledge definition

Dutch Pledge means the Dutch law governed pledge over shares dated the Closing Date between the Borrower, as pledgor, and Alliance One International Xxxxx B.V., as the company, and the Collateral Agent, as collateral agent, in respect of the pledge by the Borrower over its shares in Alliance One International Xxxxx B.V.
Dutch Pledge is defined in Section 11.12 hereof.
