Dutch Guarantor definition

Dutch Guarantor means any Guarantor organized under Dutch law.
Dutch Guarantor means each Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized under the laws of the Netherlands party hereto as a Guarantor, and each other Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized under the laws of the Netherlands that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to the terms hereof.
