  • Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Interest Period Date means each Interest Payment Date unless otherwise specified hereon.

  • Subsequent Interest Period has the meaning specified in Section 307.

  • LIBOR Period means, with respect to any LIBOR Loan, each period commencing on a LIBOR Business Day selected by Borrower pursuant to the Agreement and ending one, two or three months thereafter, as selected by Borrower's irrevocable notice to Agent as set forth in Section 1.5(e); provided, that the foregoing provision relating to LIBOR Periods is subject to the following:

  • Calculation of Interest Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, any interest on the Notes (including interest for partial periods) will be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months. (Examples of interest calculations are as follows: October 1, 2002 to April 1, 2003 equals 6 months and 0 days, or 180 days; the interest paid equals 180/360 times the annual rate of interest times the principal amount of the Note. The period from December 3, 2002 to April 1, 2003 equals 3 months and 28 days, or 118 days; the interest payable equals 118/360 times the annual rate of interest times the principal amount of the Note.)

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Advance comprising part of the same Borrowing, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and ending 1, 2, 3 or 6 months (or, if available to all Lenders, 9 or 12 months) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Borrowing or Request for Continuation/Conversion provided that:

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.

  • Eurodollar Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.

  • LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a LIBOR Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).
