DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. (a) The term of this Agreement shall be from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2015 and thereafter from year to year unless or until either party gives notice in writing to bargain during the three (3) month period preceding the date of its termination.
DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. 28.01 This Agreement shall commence on the first day of September, 2008, and end on the last day of August, 2012, and shall continue from year to year thereafter unless either party gives notice in writing to the other not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date hereof of that party's intention to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate revisions thereto.
DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. The term of this Agreement shall be from the date upon which the Agreement is approved by the Office of the Indiana Attorney General through December 31, 2023, or completion of final audit of the Project by INDOT, whichever occurs first. This Agreement may be renewed or extended under the same terms and conditions subject to the approval of all signing Parties.
DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect until January 31, 2015, and shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter, unless either party notifies the other party in writing of the termination of or proposed revision or addition to the Agreement or any provision thereof. Such notification must be given not more than one hundred twenty (120) and not less than ninety (90) days prior to January 31, 2015 or in any year thereafter. In such event, any negotiations with respect to such proposals, revisions or additions, shall commence within fifteen (15) days of such notice. It is further provided the Agreement may be extended by mutual consent of the parties.
DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. 47:01 This Agreement shall become effective on the 1st day of January, 2014, and shall remain in force and effect for a period of sixty (60) months from that date to December 31st, 2018. This Agreement shall automatically renew from year to year unless written notice is given between the thirtieth and sixtieth day prior to December 31st, 2018, or December 31st in any succeeding year by either party to the other of a desire to revise or terminate the Agreement.
