Duly Called Meeting definition

Duly Called Meeting means a meeting of Council called pursuant to the notice provisions in this By-Law, regardless of whether or not the meeting meets quorum;
Duly Called Meeting means the official convening of a Quorum of Legislators for the purpose of conducting public business.
Duly Called Meeting means a meeting of the Board, Council or a committee called pursuant to the By-Law or Terms of Reference, regardless of whether or not a quorum has been met.

In this Agreement, unless a clear contrary intention appears, (i) the word “including” (in its various forms) means “including, without limitation;” (ii) the words “hereunder,” “hereof,” “hereto” and words of similar import are references in this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement; (iii) the word “or” is not exclusive; (iv) defined terms used in the singular include the plural and vice versa; and (v) references to “Sections” in this Agreement are references to Sections of this Agreement unless otherwise indicated.
