Due Diligence Investigation definition

Due Diligence Investigation has the meaning given to it in clause 9.3(a);
Due Diligence Investigation means a background investigation intended to determine the suitability of an applicant or any person associated to the applicant in order to ensure the integrity of gaming, and that the involvement of the applicant or associated person is not a detriment to the lawful conduct of gaming, and includes a records check and corporate and personal financial investigation.
Due Diligence Investigation means a background check as defined in Section 2 of the HFNCCPH and section 9 of the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Regulation.

More Definitions of Due Diligence Investigation

Due Diligence Investigation means any and all inquiry, investigation, testing or analysis by Buyer concerning the Property, the condition of the Property, the uses to which the Property may be put and any other information about the Property or the Improvements.
