DTC Letter of Representations definition

DTC Letter of Representations means the Letter of Representations, dated the Issue Date, among the Company, DTC and the Trustee.

DTC Letter of Representations means The Depository Trust Company Issuer Letter of Representations, dated as of October 28, 2021, from the Trust to The Depository Trust Company.

DTC Letter of Representations means the Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations, dated January 10, 2006, by and between the District and The Depository Trust Company with respect to the book-entry registration system for the Bonds.

DTC Letter of Representations. Means that certain blanket letter of representations to be sent to DTC in order to make the Global Certificates eligible for deposit into DTC.
