DTC Letter definition

DTC Letter means the letter of representations for the Notes, dated July 26, 2011 between the Issuer and The Depository Trust Company.

DTC Letter. The Letter of Representations, dated May 9, 2006, between the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust Fund, and the Depository.

DTC Letter means the letter of representations for the Notes, dated March 26, 2014, by the Issuer.
