Drug Use definition

Drug Use means the use of marijuana in such a manner as to impair the work performance of the officer and further means the use in any manner of any other substance defined by the laws of the State of Illinois as a controlled substance except by the prescription of a medical practitioner;

More Definitions of Drug Use

Drug Use. If the applicant or any household member is currently engaged in illegal use of a drug OR shows a pattern of illegal use that may interfere with the health, safety, or right to peaceful enjoyment of other residents, the application will be rejected.
