DRUG-FREE WORK PLACE definition

DRUG-FREE WORK PLACE means the site(s) for the performance of work done by the Contractor in connection with a specific contract at which employees of the Contractor are prohibited from engaging in the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession, or use of a controlled substance.

DRUG-FREE WORK PLACE. PREFERENCE Whenever two or more bids which are equal with respect to price, quality, and service are received, the Department shall determine the order of award in accordance with Rule 60A-1.011 Florida Administrative Code, which includes a preference for bid responses that certify the business has implemented a drug-free workplace program in accordance with Section 287.087, F.S.
