You are a registered Shareholder if you have a share certificate or Direct Registration System (DRS) Advice issued in your name.
In the case of Uncertificated Warrants, the Warrants purchased pursuant to this Section 5.1 shall be reflected accordingly on the register of Warrants and in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Depository under the book entry registration system or, with respect to Uncertificated Warrants represented by a DRS Advice, reflected on the register of Warrants and in accordance with the procedures of the Warrant Agent for its DRS.

More Definitions of DRS Advice

DRS Advice means a direct registration system advice or similar document evidencing the electronic registration of ownership of Shares.
