If Resident has provided or provides, within this seven-day period, a signed Guaranty by an acceptable Guarantor approved by Owner, the Administrative Fee will be reduced to $150.00.

Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 10.5.2.2, 10.5.2.8, and 10.5.2.9.
Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer.
