Driver instructor definition

Driver instructor means any individual employed by a commercial driver training school or high school driver education program for the purpose of instructing a driver education class or administering a drive test. Only a person who is affiliated with a commercial driver training school or high school driver education program may act as a driver instructor within the meaning of this rule.
