Drawing Document definition

Drawing Document means any Letter of Credit or other document presented for purposes of drawing under any Letter of Credit.

Drawing Document means any Letter of Credit or other document presented for purposes of drawing under any Letter of Credit, including by electronic transmission such as SWIFT, electronic mail, facsimile or computer generated communication.

Drawing Document is defined in Section 9.4 hereof.
