Drawing Date definition

Drawing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b) hereof.

Drawing Date means the first Business Day preceding each Distribution Date.

• Such stamping fee shall be payable by the Borrower in full on the Drawing Date, and shall be calculated on the Face Amount of such Bankers’ Acceptances on the basis of the number of days in the term of such Bankers’ Acceptances (including the Drawing Date but excluding the maturity date) at a rate per annum equal to the applicable percentage set forth under “Bankers’ Acceptances” in the definition of Applicable Margin.

Drawing Date means any Business Day fixed for a Drawing pursuant to Section 4.03.
