Draw Procedures definition

Draw Procedures means the written document approved by OLC that specifies the process for selecting winners for a particular instant game or instant game promotion, if a drawing is designed as part of the game or promotion, and for each online game or online game promotion.
Draw Procedures. The Borrower shall submit to the lender not less than three business days prior to the date of any requested disbursement of the term loan, a written request for borrowing, together with such written documentation as Lender may require identifying the equipment to be purchased with such requested disbursement. Unless such requirement is expressly waived in writing by Silicon, no disbursement of the Term Loan shall be made after October 1, 1994 and the amount of each disbursement of the Term Loan shall not exceed 80% of the invoice price of the equipment to be financed by such purchase.
Draw Procedures. The draw procedures for additional advances of Purchase Price (other than the initial advance of the Purchase Price) for construction draw requests under Bridge Type and Construction Type Assets set forth on Schedule 9 attached hereto.

In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.
