Draw Period definition

Draw Period is the period of time from the Effective Date through the earlier to occur of (a) June 30, 2012, or (b) an Event of Default.
Draw Period means, for each Credit Facility, the period commencing on the Commitment Commencement Date and ending on the Commitment Termination Date.
Draw Period. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the period consisting of either the first five, ten or fifteen years after the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan, during which the related Mortgagor is permitted to make Draws.

Draw Period means the period of time commencing upon the Closing Date and continuing through the earliest to occur of (a) the Draw Period Termination Date, (b) an Event of Default, and (c) the existence of any Default.
