DRAM Resource definition

DRAM Resource means the sum of the PDR(s) that Seller identifies pursuant to Section 1.4 that will provide Product to Buyer.

  • As between Buyer and Seller, Seller shall retain any revenues Seller or Seller’s SC may receive from and pay all costs, penalties, charges charged to Seller or Seller’s SC by the CAISO or any other third party in connection with the DRAM Resource, except as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement.

  • Buyer has no obligations to any person or entity that is, or may participate as, a DRAM Resource Customer, DRP (if Seller is not a DRP), or Seller’s SC and Seller shall indemnify Buyer against any claim made by any such DRAM Customer, the DRP (if Seller is not a DRP), or Seller’s SC with respect to its participation in or with the PDR or DRAM Resource, as applicable.

  • During the time period that an ADR Customer is enrolled in a DRAM Resource, Buyer (or its agent) will not send notifications to such ADR Customer of Awards and will not operate ADR Customers’ ADR control technology.

  • Seller grants, pledges, assigns, and otherwise commits to Buyer the Qualifying Capacity for each PDR specified in the Supply Plan and all Resource Adequacy Benefits of the Product as associated with the DRAM Resource to enable Buyer to meet its RAR, Local RAR and/or Flexible RAR, as applicable.

  • The Customer’s participation in the Seller’s DRAM Resource as described in this Section 6.6(f) will be used in conjunction with the ADR Customer’s participation in Buyer’s demand response programs, to calculate the Customer’s actual performance and subsequent incentive payments.

  • Any Customer that does not accept the prohibition will not be eligible to participate in the Seller’s DRAM Resource.

  • Following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Buyer (or its agent) may notify the Customers in Seller’s DRAM Resource that have received ADR incentives or rebates of their commitment to participate in a demand response program for a total of three years.

  • Any non-Residential Customer that does not complete this component of the enrollment process will not be eligible to participate in Seller’s DRAM Resource.

  • Customers who have received ADR incentives within the past year who enroll in a DRAM Resource will be required to demonstrate performance through the DRAM Resource to qualify for additional ADR incentive payments as indicated in the statewide ADR Guidelines.

  • Seller shall provide Buyer (or its agent) with Notice within fifteen (15) calendar days after such Customer leaves Seller’s DRAM Resource.

  • Renewable energy resource means a resource that naturally replenishes over a human, not a geological, time frame and that is ultimately derived from solar power, water power, or wind power. Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.

  • Historic resource means a publicly or privately owned historic building, structure, site, object, feature, or open space located within an historic district designated by the national register of historic places, the state register of historic sites, or a local unit acting under the local historic districts act, 1970 PA 169, MCL 399.201 to 399.215, or that is individually listed on the state register of historic sites or national register of historic places, and includes all of the following:

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Energy Resource means a generating facility that is not a Capacity Resource.

  • Network Resource shall have the meaning as provided in the NYISO OATT, for such resources located in New York, and the meaning as provided in the PJM OATT, for such resources located in PJM.

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO- Approved Meter.

  • Renewable Energy Standard means the minimum renewable energy capacity portfolio, if applicable, and the renewable energy credit portfolio required to be achieved under section 28 or former section 27.

  • economic resources means assets of every kind, whether tangible or intangible, movable or immovable, which are not funds, but may be used to obtain funds, goods or services;

  • Electric utility steam generating unit means any steam electric generating unit that is constructed for the purpose of supplying more than one-third of its potential electric output capacity and more than 25 MW electrical output to any utility power distribution system for sale. Any steam supplied to a steam distribution system for the purpose of providing steam to a steam-electric generator that would produce electrical energy for sale is also considered in determining the electrical energy output capacity of the affected facility.

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • Capacity Resource shall have the meaning provided in the Reliability Assurance Agreement. Commencement Date:

  • Energy Storage Resource means a resource capable of receiving electric energy from the grid and storing it for later injection to the grid that participates in the PJM Energy, Capacity and/or Ancillary Services markets as a Market Participant. Facilities Study:

  • Water resources means all waters of the state occurring on the surface, in natural or artificial channels, lakes, reservoirs, or impoundments, and in subsurface aquifers, which are available, or which may be made available to agricultural, industrial, commercial, recreational, public, and domestic users;

  • Energy Star means the U.S. EPA’s energy efficiency product labeling program.

  • Hydroelectric energy means water used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Natural Resource or “Natural Resources” shall mean land, fish, wildlife, biota, air, water, ground water, drinking water supplies, and other such resources, belonging to, managed by, held in trust by, appertaining to, or otherwise controlled by the United States or the State.

  • Renewable energy means the grid quality electricity generated from renewable energy sources;

  • Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.

  • Electric Reliability Organization or “ERO” means the organization that is certified by the Commission under Section 39.3 of its regulations, the purpose of which is to establish and enforce Reliability Standards for the Bulk Power System in the United States, subject to Commission review. The organization may also have received recognition by Applicable Governmental Authorities in Canada and Mexico to establish and enforce Reliability Standards for the Bulk Power Systems of the respective countries.

  • Net energy metering means the difference between the kilowatt-hours consumed by a customer-generator and the kilowatt-hours generated by the customer- generator's facility over any time period determined as if measured by a single meter capable of registering the flow of electricity in two directions.

  • Base Load Generation Resource means a Generation Capacity Resource that operates at least 90 percent of the hours that it is available to operate, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Geothermal resources shall collectively mean the matter, substances and resources defined in subparagraph 16(a) and 16(b) that are not subject to this Lease but are located on adjacent land or lands in reasonable proximity thereto;
