Drainage Facilities definition

Drainage Facilities means the sump, drainage pump station and associated equipment constructed on the Water Authority Land as at the date of this Agreement and which establishes a ground water control system;
Drainage Facilities means storm sewers, force mains, pumping stations, and facilities for the treatment, disposal, impoundment, retention, control, or storage of waters; improvements of or for any channel, ditch, drain, floodway, or watercourse, including location, construction, reconstruction, reconditioning, widening, deepening, cleaning, removal of obstructions, straightening, boxing, culverting, tiling, filling, walling, arching, or change in course, location, or terminus; improvements of or for a river, creek, or run, including reinforcement of banks, enclosing, deepening, widening, straightening, removal of obstructions, or change in course, location, or terminus; facilities for the protection of lands from the overflow of water, including a levee, wall, embankment, jetty, dike, dam, sluice, revetment, reservoir, retention or holding basin, control gate, or breakwater; facilities for controlled drainage, regulation of stream flow, and protection of an outlet; the vacation of a ditch or drain; equipment and furnishings; and all required appurtenances and necessary real estate and interests in real estate.
Drainage Facilities means all pipes, catch basins, pumps, man-made drainage ways, natural channels, etc., designed to collect and carry drainage.

  • Throughout the Term of this Agreement, Landlord, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense, shall maintain, repair, keep in good operable condition, and replace as necessary, the Building and Common Area, including without limitation, Drainage Facilities, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (“HVAC”) systems, roof, foundations, footings, columns, exterior walls and other structural components, parking and other Paved Areas, utility lines and sewer pipes, other building systems.


More Definitions of Drainage Facilities

Drainage Facilities means a system of man-made structures designed to collect, convey, hold, divert or discharge stormwater, and includes stormwater sewers, canals, detention structures, and retention structures.
Drainage Facilities means all lines, equipment, facilities, and systems for drainage and retention of surface waters, constructed or installed from time to time within the Drainage Easement Area.
Drainage Facilities as used herein, shall mean all ditches, channels, conduits, retention- detention systems, tiles, swales, sewers, and other natural or artificial means of draining storm water from land.
Drainage Facilities means those trunk drainage facilities designated in the Drainage Master Plan and the Nexus Study or Drainage Fee Study for this Fee.
Drainage Facilities means all fixtures, structures and equipment, including inlets, ditches, swales, culverts, water control structures, pipes and other drainage structures which are a part of the SWMS.
Drainage Facilities means and refer, as applicable, to (a) any area drains which run along the surface of the Property; (b) any subterranean drains below the Property surface; and (c) such other drainage facilities described herein.
Drainage Facilities means all ponds, swales, lines, conduits, pipes, water detention and retention basins and other storm water detention improvements located on the Property as the same may be improved, modified or altered after the date hereof.
