Dragging Shareholder definition

Dragging Shareholder shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.3.1;
Dragging Shareholder has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.5(a).
Dragging Shareholder means the Sellers listed on Schedule 1.1(b).
