Draft Registration Statement definition

Draft Registration Statement means the draft dated October 20, 1997 of the Registration Statement, and any corrections thereto and supplemental information delivered by IES to the Company for delivery to the Stockholders prior to the time this Agreement is delivered to IES.
Draft Registration Statement means the proof of the Registration Statement generated by Chas P. Young on April 14, 1998, copies of which were delivered to thx Xxxxxxxx Xxmpanies and their respective counsel on April 15, 1998, and any corrections thereto and supplemental information delivered by TCI to the Company for delivery to the Stockholders prior to the time this Agreement is delivered to TCI.
Draft Registration Statement means the draft dated November 28, 1997, of the Registration Statement, and any corrections thereto and supplemental information delivered by Pentacon to the Company for delivery to the Stockholders prior to the time this Agreement is delivered by the Company and the Stockholders to Pentacon.
