Draft EIR means an EIR that undergoes public review and contains the information specified in Sections 15120 et seq. of the CEQA Guidelines and Section 7 of these Local CEQA Guidelines and Procedures.

Examples of Draft EIR in a sentence

  • Public Draft EIR or EIR/EIS The Consultant shall incorporate the Harbor Department's comments from the Administrative Draft EIR or EIR/EIS into the Screencheck Draft EIR or EIR/EIS.
