DPT Annexes means the documents which describe the scope, the nature and purpose of the Processing, the types of Personal Data Processed, the categories of affected Data Subjects, the Subprocessors used and technical and organizational measures and which are referenced in the Agreement and/or the DPT. If the Standard Contractual Clauses apply, the DPT Annexes shall form Annex I to III of the Standard Contractual Clauses and are hereby incorporated by reference.
