Downgraded Party definition

Downgraded Party is amended by changing “(i)” to “(ii).”
Downgraded Party shall have the meaning attributed to it in Section VII(b).
Downgraded Party. (as defined in Section 13(g)(ii)) and Posted Collateral shall be maintained in accordance with Sections 13(g)(ii) and 13(h)(iii).
