DORMANT COMPANIES means any Group Company which has not traded or has ceased trading (all such companies as at the date of execution of this Agreement being listed in Part 2 of Schedule 16);

DORMANT COMPANIES procure that none of the companies set out in Part ll of Schedule 3 cease being a Dormant Subsidiary, other than as a result of a liquidation of any such company which would not be a Default, and do not acquire any assets and do not assume any liabilities or if any such company ceases to be a Dormant Subsidiary, procure that such company delivers a duly executed Guarantee and Debenture to the Bank within 10 Business Days of ceasing to be a Dormant Subsidiary: and
DORMANT COMPANIES means all companies (other than the Issuer) which are subsidiaries of any Obligor (but are not themselves Obligors) as at the Initial Closing Date.
