Domestic Territory definition

Domestic Territory means, the contiguous United States, plus Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Domestic Territory means the United States (including its current and future territories, possessions, and military posts worldwide), Canada, and Mexico.

• Except as expressly provided in paragraphs 3.1 through 3.9, SSG shall have no right to sell or distribute MacGregor-branded Products to Excluded Customers in the Domestic Territory or to sublicense others to sell or distribute MacGregor-branded Products to Excluded Customers in the Domestic Territory.
