Domestic Swing Line Commitment definition

Domestic Swing Line Commitment means $35,000,000, as such amount may be reduced pursuant to Section 5.7 hereof.
Domestic Swing Line Commitment means the commitment of the Domestic Swing Line Lender to make Domestic Swing Loans to US Borrower up to the aggregate amount at any time outstanding of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000).
Domestic Swing Line Commitment means, with respect to the Domestic Swing Line Lender, the commitment of such Lender to make Domestic Swing Line Loans hereunder, and with respect to each Revolving Lender, the commitment of such Lender to participate in Domestic Swing Line Loans hereunder.

Domestic Swing Line Commitment means, as to any Domestic Swing Line Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Domestic Swing Line Lender’s name on Schedule 2.04 (as such Schedule may be updated from time to time pursuant to this Agreement). The Domestic Swing Line Commitment of any Domestic Swing Line Lender may be modified from time to time by agreement among the Company, the Administrative Agent, and such Domestic Swing Line Lender. Schedule 2.04 shall be deemed to be automatically updated to reflect any modification to any Domestic Swing Line Lender’s Domestic Swing Line Commitment effected pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence.
Domestic Swing Line Commitment of the Domestic Swing Line Lender at any date shall mean the obligation of the Domestic Swing Line Lender to make Domestic Swing Line Loans pursuant to subsection 5.1 in the amount referred to therein.
