  • Any Benchmark Replacement shall be applied in a manner consistent with market practice; provided, that, to the extent such market practice is not administratively feasible for the Domestic Administrative Agent, such Benchmark Replacement shall be applied in a manner as otherwise reasonably determined by the Domestic Administrative Agent.

Related to Domestic Administrative Agent

  • Revolving Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the Revolving Credit Facility.

  • Term Administrative Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as agent for the “Secured Parties” under (and as defined in) the Term Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.
