Domestic Accounts Receivable definition

Domestic Accounts Receivable means the Eligible Accounts Receivable of the Borrower and any Domestic Subsidiary that is a Loan Party.
Domestic Accounts Receivable means Accounts with respect to which the Account Debtor is domiciled in the United States of America.
Domestic Accounts Receivable shall be accounts receivable due on account of deliveries to be made within the United States.

Domestic Accounts Receivable means the gross amount of those Base Accounts which arise in the ordinary course of the business operations of the Borrower, consistent with past practices, and are due from account debtors located in the United States of America.
