Domain Service definition

Domain Service means a service provided by Google to Customer purely for Customer’s convenience, where Customer may, through a Google-provided interface, register domain names through, or transfer domain names to, Registrar Partners (as defined in the Domain Service Terms).
Domain Service means a service provided by Provider where Customer may, through a Provider-provided interface, register domain names through, or transfer domain names to, Registrar Partners (as defined in the Domain Service Terms).

  • As consideration for the Domain Service, you agree to: (1) provide certain current, complete and accurate information about you as required by the application process; and (2) maintain and update this information as needed to keep it current, complete and accurate.

  • If any of the Administrators, Registrars or Registries amend, suspend or terminate its provision of a Domain Service or any other aspect of its services upon which we depend for the provision of the Domain Service to you, we will try to ensure the continuance of the Domain Service.

  • The Domain Service Provider reserves the rights to modify and amend this Agreement, any rules and regulations and policies, including the quantum of fees payable to the Domain Service Provider, from time to time.

  • The Domain Service Provider may sub-contract, all or any part of its obligations to provide the Services under this Agreement without further notification to the Registrant.
