Doing business in Maine definition

Doing business in Maine means making telephone sales calls to consumers located in this State whether the telephone sales calls originate in the State or outside the State.[PL 2007, c. 227, §2 (NEW).]

  • Doing business means engaging in any activity, whether legal or illegal, that is conducted

  • Surviving Business Entity has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14.2(b).
