The tender submitted by the Tenderer shall comprise the following: duly filled-in Form of Tender and Appendix to Tender, Tender Security and, as the case may be, a Parent Company Guarantee (refer to Sub-Clause 12.10 hereof) and detailed and priced Bills of Quantities, preliminary design of the main components of the Works, alternative offers where invited, and any information or other materials required to be completed and submitted by Tenderers in accordance with these Instructions to Tenderers.
