Documentation Deliverables definition

Documentation Deliverables means the standard commercial quality manuals to be furnished by the Seller to the Buyer pursuant to the terms set forth in the Statement of Work attached to this Agreement as an exhibit and this Agreement.
Documentation Deliverables means documentation sufficient to disclose and transfer to Buyer, as well as fully utilize, understand and implement, the Business Technology.
Documentation Deliverables means existing documentation in the possession or control of the Sellers described on Schedule 1.1(z).

More Definitions of Documentation Deliverables

Documentation Deliverables means documentation sufficient to disclose and transfer to Buyer, as well as fully utilize, understand and implement, the Transferred Technology, the Transferred PCIe Assets, and the Licensed Technology including the documentation specified in Schedule 1.1(d)-C.
Documentation Deliverables means the documentation in Seller’s or its Affiliates’ possession that discloses and transfers to Buyer the Transferred Technology, including the documentation specified in Schedules 1.31(a) and (b); provided, however, that with respect to the First Closing and until and if the Second Closing occurs, Documentation Deliverables will not include that documentation that is exclusively related to the Call Products and is listed on Schedule 1.31(b).
Documentation Deliverables means all documentation in the possession of the Sellers as of the Closing that is related to the Prime Transferred Technology and all Shared Technology (including the Non-Prime Transferred Technology and Licensed Technology).

Related to Documentation Deliverables

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.
