Document Receipt. The Document Receipt substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B to the Collateral Custodian Agreement executed by the Collateral Custodian and delivered to the Administrator, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer.

Related to Document Receipt

  • Document of gift means a donor card or other record used to make an anatomical gift. The term includes a statement or symbol on a driver's license, identification card, or donor registry.

  • Document Custodian means the Custodian when acting in the role of a document custodian hereunder.

  • Review Receivables means those certain Receivables identified by the Servicer to the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of a Review Notice as not having been paid in full by the Obligor or purchased from the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the Basic Documents at or prior to the date of such Review Notice.

For Financed Vehicles registered in states which issue confirmation of the lienholder’s interest electronically, the “Lien Certificate” may consist of notification of an electronic recordation, by either a third party service provider or the relevant Registrar of Titles of the applicable state, which indicates that the lien of the secured party on the Financed Vehicle is recorded on the original certificate of title on the electronic lien and title system of the applicable state.

  • Pricing Certificate means an Officer’s Certificate of Company certifying the Consolidated Leverage Ratio as at the last day of any Fiscal Quarter and setting forth the calculation of such Consolidated Leverage Ratio in reasonable detail.
