We ask that you agree to notify MPG of any changes in the product or service, so that we can determine whether the change may affect the quality of our finished devices. Although HP's standard purchase order terms and conditions include this provision, the intent of this document is to ensure direct supplier recognition and acceptance of this requirement. TO ENSURE THAT MPG HAS YOUR AGREEMENT ON THIS REQUIREMENT, WE ASK THAT YOU REVIEW AND SIGN THE AGREEMENT BELOW.
