Document Delivery Date definition

Document Delivery Date shall have the meaning specified in subsection 2.09(h).

Document Delivery Date means (i) the applicable Closing Day in the case of any Accepted Notes to be denominated in Dollars, (ii) two New York Business Days prior to the applicable Closing Day in the case of any Accepted Notes to be denominated in British Pounds, Canadian Dollars or Euros and (iii) three New York Business Days prior to the applicable Closing Day in the case of any Accepted Notes to be denominated in Yen.

Document Delivery Date means the Addition Date in the case of Additional Accounts and the Removal Date in the case of Removed Accounts.
