Document Appendix means the document, substantially in the form contained in the Plan Supplement, by and among Reorganized BSA, the Related Non-Debtor Entities, the Local Councils, the Contributing Chartered Organizations, and the Settlement Trust, in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors, the Ad Hoc Committee, the Coalition, the Future Claimants’ Representative, and the Tort Claimants’ Committee, and TCJC.

  • Specified Contract means any of the following Contracts (together with all exhibits and schedules thereto) to which the Company or any Subsidiary is a party:

  • Assignment Details Form means written confirmation of the assignment details to be given to the Agency Worker upon acceptance of the Assignment;

If the vendor holding the term contract meets the lower price, then the governmental body shall purchase from the contract vendor. A term contract may be a multi‑term contract as provided in Section 11‑35‑2030.

  • Acceptable Counterparty means any counterparty to the Interest Rate Cap Agreement that has and shall maintain, until the expiration of the applicable Interest Rate Cap Agreement, a long-term unsecured debt rating of at least “A+” by S&P and “Aa3” from Xxxxx’x, which rating shall not include a “t” or otherwise reflect a termination risk and is otherwise reasonably acceptable to Lender.

  • Guaranty Joinder Agreement means each Guaranty Joinder Agreement, substantially in the form thereof attached to the Guaranty, executed and delivered by a Subsidiary to Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.14.

  • Direct Assignment Facilities means facilities or portions of facilities that are constructed for the sole use/benefit of a particular Transmission Customer requesting service under the Tariff. Direct Assignment Facilities shall be specified in the Service Agreement that governs service to the Transmission Customer and shall be subject to Commission approval.
