Division Subsidiary definition

Division Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Seller included within the Division.
Division Subsidiary has the meaning set forth in §3(f) below.
Division Subsidiary means the Mexican Subsidiary and the UK Subsidiary.

  • At the time the Plan is extended to any Division of the Corporation or is adopted by any Subsidiary or Affiliated Corporation or any time thereafter, the Board of Review may modify the Plan or any of its terms as applied to said Division, Subsidiary, or Affiliated Corporation and its employees.

  • Each Division Subsidiary has full corporate or limited partnership power and authority and all licenses, permits, and authorizations necessary to carry on the business in which it is engaged and in which it presently proposes to engage and to own and use the properties owned and used by it.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, immediately prior to the Closing WIN shall offer employment to each employee of Holdings or any Division Subsidiary who is on disability leave.
