Division of Play definition

Division of Play means the different types of championship competition conducted by the Association.

  • Annexure G means a copy of the regulation 36 deviation approved by the Accounting Officer (Chief Executive Officer) of JOBURG MARKET in the event that in the procurement of this Agreement the official procurement processes was dispensed with based on an exceptional circumstance allowed by the SCM Regulatory Framework.

  • Director-General means the Director-General of the Department;

  • Use of System Agreement means an agreement or arrangement between us and a Distribution Network Operator governing our use of their Distribution System to provide the Supply;

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.
