The amount available for the acquisition of Dividend Shares for a Participant's Account at the end of each fiscal quarter of the Corporation shall be determined by multiplying the total cash dividend declared per share of Common Stock during such quarter (but subsequent to the date of the award in the case of Participation Shares and subsequent to the date of crediting in the case of Dividend Shares) by the total of the Participation Shares and Dividend Shares in the Participant's Account.
