Dividend Equivalent Units definition

Dividend Equivalent Units mean additional Restricted Stock Units credited pursuant to the Dividend Equivalent Right described in Section 3.3.
Dividend Equivalent Units means additional Restricted Units or additional Deferred Vested Units credited to a Participant's Account pursuant to Section 5(f) or Section 7(d)(vi).

  • Such additional Dividend Equivalent Units shall be subject to the same terms and conditions and shall be settled or forfeited in the same manner and at the same time as the Restricted Stock Units originally subject to the Award with respect to which they have been credited.
