Dividend Equivalent Amount definition

Dividend Equivalent Amount means the amount of any dividend paid on one Share that has a record date during the Dividend Equivalent Period multiplied by (1) in the case of Restricted Shares, the number of Restricted Shares held by you as of such record date and, (2) in the case of a Performance Share Award, the Performance Share Number.
Dividend Equivalent Amount means the amount of any dividend paid on one Share that has a record date during the Dividend Equivalent Period multiplied by (1) in the case of Restricted Shares, the number of Restricted Shares held by you as of such record date and, (2) in the case of a Performance Share Award, the Performance Share Number. 
Dividend Equivalent Amount means an amount determined by multiplying the number of Dividend Equivalents subject to a Grant by the per-share cash Dividend paid by the Company on its outstanding Company Stock, or the per-share fair market value (as determined by the Committee) of any Dividend paid by the Company on its outstanding Company Stock in consideration other than cash, with respect to each record date for the payment of a dividend during the Accumulation Period described in Section 11(a)(i). If interest is credited on accumulated Dividend Equivalents, the term “Dividend Equivalent Amount” shall include the accrued interest.

  • At the Company’s discretion, payment of the Dividend Equivalent Amount may be made in cash or in Shares having a Fair Market Value on the Payment Date equal to the Dividend Equivalent Amount.

More Definitions of Dividend Equivalent Amount

Dividend Equivalent Amount means the amount included in the Issue Price or redemption proceeds (as the case may be) of the Units issued or redeemed, representing the net undistributed dividends and other income received and held or receivable by TraHK;

Dividend Equivalent Amount means the amount to be credited to the Stock Compensation Sub‑Account of a Member from time to time upon the payment by the Company of a dividend on its Common Stock (other than a dividend payable in shares of such Common Stock).
