Divestment Requirements definition

Divestment Requirements means the obligations of the Concessionaire for and in respect of Termination as set forth in Clause 28.1;
Divestment Requirements means the obligations of the Developer for and in respect of Termination as set forth in Article 32.1;
Divestment Requirements means the obligations of the Lessee for and in respect of Termination as set forth in Clause 22.1;

  • All rights and obligations of either Party under this Agreement, including Termination Payments and Divestment Requirements, shall survive the Termination to the extent such survival is necessary for giving effect to such rights and obligations.

Divestment Requirements means the obligations of the Operator for and in respect of Termination as set forth in Article17.1;
Divestment Requirements shall have the meaning assigned to it in Article 29.1.
Divestment Requirements means the conditions set forth under Clause 16.1 which are required to be conformed/ complied to by the Operator at the time of Termination of this Agreement;
