Divestment Notice definition

Divestment Notice means a notice given under rule 29.1 to a Small Holder or a New Small Holder;
Divestment Notice means a notice given under Clause 2 of this Schedule to a Small Holder or a New Small Holder.
Divestment Notice means a notice in writing stating or to the effect that the Company intends to sell or arrange the sale of the shares of a Member unless within the Specified Period (which must be set out in the notice) -

Examples of Divestment Notice in a sentence

  • For a Divestment Notice given to a New Small Holder, the Relevant Period must be at least seven days from the date the Divestment Notice was given.

  • For a Divestment Notice given to a New Holder, the Relevant Period must be at least 7 days from the date the Divestment Notice was given.

  • Unless the Directors determine otherwise, where a Divestment Notice is given to a New Holder in accordance with this article, then despite any other provision in this Constitution, the rights to receive payment of dividends and to vote attached to the Relevant Shares of that Member are suspended until the Relevant Shares are transferred to a new holder or that Member ceases to be a New Holder.
