Divestment Business definition

Divestment Business means the CT Business and the Pumping Business;
Divestment Business means the Bath Divestment Business and the Birmingham Divestment Business;
Divestment Business means the retail fuel sites listed in the "Site to be divested" column in Annex A comprising, in respect of such business, the whole of the rights, assets, interests and obligations of or associated with that business, including without prejudice to the foregoing, save as required or permitted by the CMA:

  • This shall include all administrative support functions relating to the Divestment Business which are currently carried out at headquarters level.

  • The Trustee shall not sell or permit the divestment of the Divestment Business to a Proposed Purchaser unless it has been directed to do so by the CMA or has obtained the CMA’s prior written approval in respect of the identity of that Proposed Purchaser.

Divestment Business means the proposed divestment retail fuel sites and retail grocery sites listed in Confidential Annex 1, or such other site or sites to address effectively the substantial lessening of competition up to and including the increment caused by the Transaction in each relevant local area, including any forecourt's foodservice/beverage offerings and convenience store of each site;
Divestment Business means the Ferring Street Business;
Divestment Business means HFF's own label FSFJ, branded (non-Johnsons Juice) FSFJ, own label non-carbonated citrus drinks, and own label smoothies business (including the Headcorn manufacturing site and Key Staff) which manufactures and supplies retail and foodservice customers from the Headcorn facility, together with the following:
