• Such notice (the "Secondary Divestiture Notice") shall set forth in reasonable detail the circumstances of the impending Retailer Secondary Divestiture (including, without limitation, the identity of all acquiror(s).

Divestiture Notice means that notice requiring Divestiture served by the Corporation on an Unsuitable Person if a Gaming Authority requires the Corporation, or the Board of Directors of the Corporation deems it necessary or advisable, to require such Unsuitable Person to undertake a Divestiture of the Corporation’s securities.
