Divestiture Assets definition

Divestiture Assets means all of Defendants’ rights, titles, and interests in and to:

More Definitions of Divestiture Assets

Divestiture Assets means the DoJ Divestiture Assets and the FCC Divestiture Assets.

Except as set forth in Paragraph IV(H) of this Final Judgment, Divestiture Assets do not include trademarks, trade names, service marks, or service names containing the name “Fox.”
Divestiture Assets means the De Pere Divestiture Assets, the Franklin Divestiture Assets, and the Harvard Divestiture Assets.
