District Valuer definition

District Valuer means a district valuer for the City of Edinburgh area employed by the District Valuer Services section of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs Valuation Office Agency;
District Valuer means an officer appointed as district valuer under Article 36(2), and in connection with any hereditament means the district valuer for the valuation district in which the hereditament is situated;
District Valuer means a District Valuer appointed by the Valuation Office Agency for the area within which the Land is situated.
