District Sales Tax definition

District Sales Tax means the one percent (1%) community improvement district sales and use tax to be imposed by the District pursuant to Section 4.01.
District Sales Tax means the community improvement sales and use tax levied by the District in accordance with the CID Act in the amount of one percent (1.0%).

More Definitions of District Sales Tax

District Sales Tax means a tax upon the sale at retail, the use, the consumption, the distribution and storage, and the lease or rental of tangible personal property and the sale of services within the District.
District Sales Tax means the sales and use tax levied by the District on the receipts from the sale at retail of all tangible personal property or taxable services at retail within its boundaries pursuant to the CID Act in the maximum amount of one percent (1.0%), as established by resolution of the District and approved by the qualified voters of the District, in accordance with this Agreement.
