District Resident definition

District Resident means a person whose permanent resi- dence is within the district as determined under s. TCS 10.04 (2).
District Resident means any individual domiciled in a zip code that is within the District boundaries, listed in Exhibit 1.
District Resident means a natural person who is domiciled in the District of Columbia and who maintains a place of abode in the District of Columbia as his or her actual, regular and principal place of occupancy. Student Data shall constitute Pupil Records for the purposes of this Agreement, and for the purposes of Wisconsin and federal laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or deidentified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services.
